The Environmental Protection Agency of Liberia (EPA) is recruiting a consultant to conduct technical evaluation on the Zero Draft of Liberia’s Second National Communication and as well conduct technical evaluation on the Draft Report including sections on national circumstances, the national GHG Inventory, mitigation assessment, general steps to implement the convention, constraints, gaps, and related financial and technical capacity needs, and other information (e.g. technology transfer, capacity building, information and networking).
